The Woman in Cabin 10 (Netflix)
Look on it
Kiera Knightley looks mysterious on a cruise ship? Sign me up. Netflix has already made us pay attention to what is happening in the waters thanks to the famous Train Wreck: Poop Cruise And Amy Bradley is missingbut it is not yet done.
Based on his book of the same name, Knightly plays a journalist who boards a cruise on a professional assignment and inadvertently spots a passenger going overboard. When she confronts the staff the next day, no one believes her… so who is this stranger and what really happened?
If I were Knightley, I think I would have been so frustrated with what was happening that the gift shop on board would have been completely disorganized. Or maybe ate everything in the ship’s restaurants (all of them, I’m not picky). – Jasmine Valentine, entertainment journalist
The Chair Company (HBO Max)

Look on it
I was a latecomer to Tim Robinson’s fantastic Netflix sketch series I think you should leave. And, with the comedian writing, producing and starring in a new HBO Max TV Original – The chair company – this weekend, I know which of the films and series recommended in this article I will *ahem* be sitting down for.
Not much has been revealed about the plot of this project. Indeed, the only thing we know is that Robinson will play William Ronald Trosper and that he will be investigating a large-scale conspiracy when something embarrassing happens to him at work.
The chair companyThe first trailer for only teased the tip of the iceberg of Robinson’s latest absurdist comedy. If it’s half as good as his best I think… But with the sketches, we are going to enjoy ourselves. – TP
House of David season 2 (Prime Video)

Look on it
Thanks to the new Prime Video Wonder Project add-on, House of David Come back for more. In a nutshell, this is the epic battle of David versus Goliath brought to the screen, but with a lot more story, action and emotion than any of us expected.
In season 2, David (Michael Iskander) is now part of the House of Saul. During his journey to the throne, we see new alliances and rivalries in the most unlikely places – and, of course, there are all-new secrets to keep.
If you’re looking for content that prioritizes family viewing and religious values, you’ve come to the right place. Amazon TV Original delivers all the excitement you want without any of the trappings, and there are some essential lessons to be learned along the way. – Joint venture
The Last Frontier (Apple TV+)

Look on it
What’s scarier than being in a sleepy Alaskan town when a plane carrying dozens of vicious prisoners crashes in the nearby wilderness? If it weren’t for 90s action games like Con Air And The Fugitive, I probably wouldn’t imagine such a petrifying situation for The final frontier.
Executive producer Jason Clarke stars in this Apple TV Original as U.S. Marshal Frank Remnick, whose quiet life is turned upside down when he begins confronting dangerous inmates. As if the stakes weren’t high enough, the Apple TV+ series also takes a mysterious turn when FBI agents become involved, suggesting there’s more to this accident than meets the eye.
The last frontierThe first two episodes of are available now (new episodes drop weekly, FYI) and it looks like a violent manhunt with snowy thrills. – Amelia Schwanke, Entertainment Editor
Wizards Beyond Waverly Place season 2 (Disney+)

Look on it
Less than a year ago, I wrote about the return of this beloved Disney Channel show, so either time is speeding up or someone has put a curse on me, because weekly episodes of the second season have been airing on the aforementioned channel since September 12.
For anyone who missed the second part of this family sitcom, Disney+ has brought up all 10 episodes at once. This time around, Justin (David Henrie) organizes a family wizarding contest between the kids, but things change when Billy (Janice LeAnn Brown) begins to lose his powers.
Fans who grew up with the original series consider its sequel one of the best Disney+ shows, which suggests it’s probably an easy win for your next family night. – AS
Boots (Netflix)

Look on it
You may have seen Vera Farmiga in the latest film of The conspiracy series, but she is also on the small screen where she plays a narcissistic mother in BootsNetflix’s latest comedy-drama.
Farmiga’s character is the mother of Cameron Cope, the series’ protagonist, who impulsively joins United States Marine Corps boot camp in the 1990s. Cameron is locked up and must keep this a secret. Indeed, being gay in the military was still illegal at that time. Cameron is joined by his straight best friend, and the two attempt to navigate this grueling world together.
With eight 40-minute episodes available this weekend, it’s a great watch if you’re craving a funny and heartfelt coming-of-age story. – Lucy Buglas, senior entertainment editor
Ozzy: No Escape From Now (Paramount+)

Look on it
Earlier this year we lost the great Ozzy Osbourne and fans around the world came together to pay tribute to the rock legend. The Black Sabbath singer is an undisputed icon of the heavy metal genre, and this new documentary from Paramount+ is a must-see for anyone wanting to say a final goodbye.
Ozzy: No escape from now on looks back on his last six years, including his battle with Parkinson’s disease and his farewell concert at Villa Park. Unsurprisingly, there are plenty of exclusive behind-the-scenes moments and appearances from the rest of the Osbourne family.
The documentary wasn’t intended to be a posthumous release, but it now serves as a tribute to Ozzy and I’m sure rock fans everywhere will raise a glass and watch it this weekend. I will definitely join you. – kg
