TJ Holmes and Amy Robach take their romance to the next level.
According to We every week, The newly engaged couple has officially started planning their wedding.
“They had a small private party with their closest friends and family, and they told people they were engaged and were getting married,” a source told the outlet, teasing that “there would be a wedding.”
“They wanted to stay very private about it,” the source added, noting that the couple’s big day will be a “small and intimate” affair with no more than 100 guests.
For those who are not aware, the GMA3: what you need to know alumni, Holmes, 52, and Robach, 48, announced their engagement during the Oct. 14 episode of their Amy and TJ Podcast.
“We share with all of you that we are committed and we have been committed for just over a month now,” Robach told listeners.
Holmes interjected, “We wanted to let you know before anyone else could. We learned that lesson, I suppose, in the past about our relationship.”
The former presenter then playfully teased his fiancée, saying she “threw a ring in everyone’s face as soon as possible, and no one said a word.”
Laughing, Robach recalls, “I was in three huge soccer stadiums three weekends in a row, wearing my engagement ring very proudly, with a lot of enthusiasm, and I was waiting for someone to point it out to me or ask me, ‘Hey, what is that?’ And that never happened.
She added with a smile: “And if people saw it, maybe they were just being polite.”
