Pakistani army “neutralizes around fifty terrorists” who tried to infiltrate from Afghanistan

Pakistan Army eliminated 45-50 militants belonging to Indian proxy ‘Fitna al-Khawarij’ while foiling an infiltration attempt in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa amid border tensions with Afghanistan, security sources said. PK Press Club News THURSDAY.

The militant group was trying to infiltrate the Pakistani border while taking advantage of the ceasefire between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Several khawarij were injured during the military action carried out as part of an Intelligence Operation (IBO) in Mohmand district, the sources added.

Meanwhile, security personnel cordoned off the area and began a mine clearance operation. Exchanges of fire between security forces and militants continued for several hours.
