PM reviews KP strengthening projects

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday held an important meeting with MPs and political leaders of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa to discuss the overall political landscape of the country and review the progress of ongoing development projects in the province.

The meeting, held at the Prime Minister’s Office, focused on federal efforts to boost socio-economic development in KP and strengthen coordination between central and provincial stakeholders, a press release from the Prime Minister’s Office said.

Prime Minister Shehbaz reiterated the government’s commitment to equitable development in all regions, emphasizing that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa remains a key priority on the national agenda.

The Prime Minister expressed satisfaction over the pace of development works and asked relevant authorities to expedite major infrastructure and social welfare projects. He also stressed the need for sustained political commitment to ensure the stability and growth of the province.

Among the personalities present at the meeting were federal ministers Engineer Amir Muqam, Sardar Muhammad Yousuf, Attaullah Tarar and Rana Mubashir Iqbal. Prime Minister’s Advisor Rana Sanaullah was also present, along with MPs Peer Sabir Shah, Captain (R) Safdar, Murtaza Javed Abbasi, Ikhtiyar Wali and Sardar Mushtaq.
