THE Tarnished edition was announced earlier this year alongside the full reveal of the Nintendo Switch 2 console and was originally expected to arrive sometime in 2025.
This exclusive Switch 2 version of the 2022 Game of the Year winner will include the base game, as well as the spectacular Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
Earlier this year, it was reported that the game didn’t run very well on Nintendo’s new hardware, with many people experiencing the game at Gamescom describing significant frame rate issues (via Nintendo Life).
Hopefully the extra time due to the game being delayed will allow FromSoftware to improve the performance issues.
