Flyadeal officially began flight operations to Pakistan in February 2025, with its inaugural flight arriving at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi.
According to a statement from the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), the first Flyadeal flight (F3-661) landed at the airport and was greeted with a water salute.
The PAA spokesperson further announced that the Saudi airline will operate two weekly flights to Karachi, from Riyadh and the Saudi capital Jeddah. The first flight to Karachi originated from Riyadh.
Shahid Qadir, spokesperson for aviation security, noted that the arrival of the new Saudi airline in Pakistan would provide passengers with an additional direct travel option.
He also highlighted that the airline’s entry into the Pakistani market would create new employment opportunities.
Additionally, other Saudi airlines, such as Saudi Arabian Airlines and Flynas, are already operational, with weekly flights.
The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has already granted Flyadeal permission to conduct flight operations to and from Pakistan.
