ISLAMABAD:
Minister of State for Federal Education and Professional Training Wajiha Qamar reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to UNESCO’s mission to advance education, science, culture and communication as tools for peace, progress and sustainable growth, said in a press release received here.
She highlighted the importance of collective international action and cooperation at a time when the world faces challenges such as conflict, disinformation and inequality.
Speaking on education reforms, the minister highlighted Pakistan’s focus on building a system that provides future-oriented and skill-based education to young people.
