Pete Davidson has revealed what it will take for him to return to Saturday evening live.
The actor, who joined SNL in 2014 and left the show in 2022, shared his thoughts on returning to the show.
Talk with People Magazine, Davidson said, “I would do anything for Lorne”, referring to series creator and executive producer Lorne Michaels.
“I had a great time hosting last time, and any time you get that call, it’s an honor and a privilege,” added Davidson, who is about to become a parent.
He said: “It’s still relevant, it’s a hot show. People look forward to it and the cast is great.”
Davidson later praised Michael, saying, “I owe this guy my life. He started it all.”
Adding: “So I would do anything for Lorne, and he knows it.”
It comes as Pete Davidson prepares to welcome his first child with girlfriend Elsie Hewitt. The couple announced their pregnancy in July 2025.
