- Huawei targets SMB challenges with simplified deployment models and unified technology packages
- Installers gain efficiency with streamlined product combinations, replacing multi-vendor agreements
- Enterprise routers consolidate key communications functions into a single integrated system
Huawei has revealed its latest launches aimed at the European SME market, revealing a strategy to make its technology more accessible to organizations that often lack technical depth.
At its Huawei Connect 2025 launch event in Madrid, the company introduced the SME eKit 4+10+N intelligence framework designed to support businesses by offering office, business, education and healthcare solutions.
This framework includes 10 predefined solution packages and a broader collection of additional products developed for specific deployment cases.
Closing capacity gaps with simplified deployment
In total, the company introduced 26 devices in this expanded catalog, including updated business routers and collaboration displays equipped with built-in intelligence features.
The company says many small organizations struggle to integrate advanced systems due to limited staff and fragmented purchasing channels.
He says previous procurement models involving multiple outsourced components led to delays and inefficiencies for installers serving the SME segment.
To counter this, Huawei has moved from distributing standalone hardware to designing combined packages intended to reduce the expertise burden on companies.
“Huawei’s European distribution business aims at the ‘6 easy partners + maximize profitability’ approach,” said Steven Qin, President of European ICT Marketing and Solution Sales at Huawei.
This updated approach focuses on providing solutions that integrate routing, switching and wireless functions with conferencing tools that leverage integrated AI applications.
These bundles are easier for installers to deploy and simpler for SMBs to operate compared to previous multi-vendor setups.
Huawei highlights the economic importance of Europe’s large SME community and says these organizations are increasingly reliant on external support when integrating AI tools.
The company says its new eKit portfolio is intended to help fill common technology gaps by offering equipment that prioritizes ease of installation and day-to-day management.
Its enterprise routers combine communications functions in a single device, while its updated collaboration panels improve meeting quality with automated adjustments and acoustic controls.
For Huawei, these changes are steps toward improving efficiency in environments where reliable office software, AI systems and productivity tools must work together.
