Kylie Jenner reveals details about her role in the Charli XCX film

Kylie Jenner Gets Candid About Her Big Screen Debut

Kylie Jenner herself appears on the big screen.

The reality TV star and beauty mogul, 28, revealed herself to her sister Khloé Kardashian Khloé in Wonderland Wednesday podcast in which she appears The momentCharli XCX’s upcoming A24 film “based on an original idea” from the musician.

“It’s major, obviously,” Jenner said. “Oh my God, for the Charli movie that was coming out, I was so scared for days to do it. I had a very small role. I mean, I had a lot of lines, but I was so scared.”

Jenner explained that the experience pushed her out of her comfort zone. “I used to do a lot more things like that, but now I’m used to being very protected, to staying in a safe,” she said.

“That’s probably why I don’t share as much anymore. After years of judgment and criticism, you start to protect yourself. I was terrified to do this, but I’m so proud once I did it.”

The moment follows a rising pop star (played by Charli XCX) who navigates fame and industry pressure while preparing for her first arena tour, according to Deadline.

Jenner filmed her scenes shortly after the death of her longtime friend and hairstylist, Jesús Guerrero, who died in February from a lung infection and fungal disease after a trip to Dubai.

“I had already committed, and then I was like, ‘Wow, I’m in such a bad situation. I don’t know if I’ll be OK in a month,'” Jenner said. “I told the director, Aiden Zamiri, ‘I really want to do it. Just give me a chance, I’ll make it.'”

Meanwhile, Jenner has leaned heavily on her family, especially her sister Kim Kardashian, who recently appeared on the Hulu series. Everything is fair.

“She’s been a huge support to me,” Jenner explained. “My family really helped me get through that time.”
