The “weak” King Charles finally agrees to cede power to Prince William

King Charles finally agreed to hand over power to his eldest son and heir to the throne, Prince William, amid health problems.

This was claimed by royal insiders during an interview with the Radar online.

The insider said: “Prince William sees his father as a bit weak and unable to do things the way he would to protect the monarchy.”

The royal confidant continued: “While King Charles was guarding his brother, giving him the benefit of the doubt, William was telling him to pump the brakes and kick him out.

“Prince William doesn’t make any sense. He didn’t like the way his father ruled.”

The sources added that Queen Camilla was “furious” at the way William and his wife, Kate Middleton, had sidelined her, undermined Charles, who celebrated his 77th birthday on November 14, and “bulldozed their way” into taking charge of the response to the fallout from former Duke of York Andrew’s alleged links to Jeffrey Epstein.

The source said: “Camilla is passionate about power. She knows her husband has been waiting to be king for a very long time, and frankly, she’s been waiting to be queen too.

“Camilla is just trying to hold on to the throne for as long as possible and taking it away devastates her.”
