Cardi B’s boyfriend Stefon Diggs has just accused an influencer of spreading lies about him in court.
The allegations against the footballer include accusations that he drugged and sexually assaulted him, then conspired to kill him.
However, the NFL star is speaking out against these claims and, according to TMZthe 31-year-old denounces this “potential social media influencer” Christopher Blake Griffith, who allegedly “concocted” a “sinister story” about him which stems from an incident at Diggs’ home in May 2023.
For those who don’t know, Griffth says Diggs “drugged and sexually assaulted” him, before the plot to kill was revealed, which happened because he wanted “to keep his gay/bisexual secrets from being revealed.”
According to the stars, after spending time at a local club, after a charity game in Washington DC, his assistant asked Griffth to leave, after the NFL stars returned to his room where he had retired for the night.
In Diggs’ case, Griffths allegedly told his followers about the incident, which led to several accounts disparaging his social media accounts as well as those of the Patriots and even Uggs with whom he had a sponsorship deal.
Regarding this lawsuit, Griffith’s attorney, Jake Lebowitz, told the outlet “Mr. Griffith is eager to show the world in court that, regardless of the fairy tale fabricated by Mr. Diggs’ expensive New York lawyers, he is the victim of Mr. Diggs’ unwanted sexual advances and his brother’s violent attacks.”
No details on the damages requested have yet been revealed, reveals the same media.
