The country will strengthen its anti-terrorism ties with China

ISLAMABAD:

Pakistan and China on Monday agreed to further strengthen their counter-terrorism and security cooperation during the meeting between Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Chinese Ambassador Jian Zedong in the federal capital.

During the meeting, Pakistan-China bilateral relations and issues of mutual interest were discussed.

Ambassador Zedong condemned the suicide attack near the Islamabad District Courts and expressed condolences over the tragic loss of lives.

The ambassador said the Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson also condemned the unfortunate incident.
