Ethan Slater doesn’t hold back when it comes to praising the cast of Villain: for good.
In a new conversation with AdditionalSlater shined the spotlight on his co-stars, including recently crowned Jonathan Bailey Sexiest Man Alive According to PEOPLE 2025.
“Johnny [Bailey] is so beautiful,” he said.
The actor continued to applaud the entire film, saying, “And Michelle [Yeoh] and Jeff [Goldblum] and I had to work with Marissa [Bode]you know, so up close during this whole movie and yet to see her on the big screen, it’s so moving.
Expressing his pride in the long-awaited sequel, Slater added: “I’m so proud of this film and it’s so different from the first one, and yet it seems like the real obvious continuation of it.”
Meanwhile, Bailey himself reflected on the recognition that accompanied his The sexiest man in the world title.
In his interview with ForbesTHE Wicked And The Bridgerton Chronicles the star, 37, called the honor a “huge honor” as he honored PEOPLE Magazine coverage for 2025.
“There’s nothing sexier than progress,” Bailey told the outlet.
He also explained how perceptions of masculinity have evolved over time, sharing that he “grew up being very inspired by sexy men,” not only for their looks, but also for how “many of them have helped change the way we understand ourselves in society.”
