Lisa Kudrow talks secret note from Matthew Perry

Lisa Kudrow recently opened up about a note she received from Matthew Perry.

In a recent episode of The Drew Barrymore ShowTHE No good deed The actress spoke candidly about her friendship with her late co-star.

“Matthew gave it to me at the end of our last episode,” she started to say.

Kudrow and Perry starred alongside Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox and Matt LeBlanc in the comedy sitcom Friends.

Remembering when Perry gave her his cookie jar containing a note from the set, she continued, “I had recently found the note he had in it for me.”

“I hadn’t opened it or looked inside. But yes, he did it. There was a word in there and I forgot it.”

Additionally, the 61-year-old actress did not share the message of the note but concluded by saying at the time, “Timing is everything.”

Previously, Kudrow also talked about the same cookie jar on the Jimmy Kimmel live show, and recalled, “We were shooting a scene years before we finished it.”

“My response was, ‘Ohhh, I’m late. I’d better go,’ and it was too late when I realized I didn’t have a watch.”

“As the words came out, I thought, ‘Oh, well, there’s a clock,’ and I gestured to it and said, ‘Oh, look at the time. I better go there.'”

THE baby pattern The actress concluded by sharing Perry’s joke at the end of filming and said, “Did you point to the cookie jar and say, ‘Look at the time’?” and at that point both were “laughing hysterically and crying.”

For those who don’t know, Perry died from the acute effects of ketamine at age 54 in October 2023.
