Candace Cameron Bure has finally addressed the controversies she’s been involved in over the years, revealing that she’s found a new way to deal with them.
During an appearance in the last episode of Stay true podcast, the 49-year-old actress said she “usually doesn’t fight back in the comments.”
“Because nothing really comes of it. I feel like when you fight back in the comments, it becomes defensive. I feel like the more people defend themselves, the less integrity there is,” she continued.
THE Full house The actress added that many of the conflicts she was involved in “weren’t a fight on my part.”
“I often let God fight my battles online,” Candace said. “I also let other people who are true fans fight for me too.”
“Because sometimes they come in and say, ‘She doesn’t do that. That’s not what she meant by that,'” she continued.
THE Fuller house The star added, “It just takes that self-control, for you to say to yourself, ‘God, I just have to let this go because I’m not going to please everyone, and just help me walk in my walk that honors and pleases You as best I can. Help me learn and discern.’ That’s the most important thing.
Although Candace hasn’t specifically mentioned any of her feuds, she has previously had issues with Jojo Siwa and Jodie Sweetin.
