Former Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman Jason Kelce shares four daughters with his wife Kylie. The Super Bowl champion has been candid about his and Kylie’s experiences as parents of daughters.
But their willingness to make certain aspects of their personal lives public has sometimes given online critics the opportunity to share their opinions – even in cases where they were unsolicited.
During a recent edition of her podcast “Not Gonna Lie,” Kylie addressed the subject of her children’s names.

Kylie disputed questions that claimed her daughters were given “boys’ names.” She described the question as “rage bait.”

“The next question seems like pure rage-baiting. ‘What are these boys’ names?’ I’ll tell you what’s with the boys’ names,” Kelce said. “We, my husband and I, liked gender-neutral names for our daughters.”

Jason and Kylie’s daughters are Wyatt, 6; Elliotte, 4 years old; Bennett, 2; and Finn, 7 months. Kylie added that Wyatt’s name was chosen before she or Jason learned the gender.
Kylie made it clear that she wasn’t looking for unsolicited opinions on the names she and Jason chose for their children.
“The thing I have a problem with about people having issues with our names is that I actually didn’t ask you. I didn’t ask you what you thought about my kids’ names. My husband and I agreed on the names. We love them. Honestly, you should try to name a human being. It’s not easy. And so, yeah, I’m fine.”

During a recent episode of the “New Heights” podcast, which Jason co-hosts with his brother Travis Kelce, the 38-year-old former NFL star revealed that he was often in sync with his wife when it came to disciplining their children.
“We’re on the same page almost all the time,” Jason said. “We’re both quite disciplinarians when it comes to girls.”
He also recalled the feelings he experienced when he became a father.
“When I found out I was having Wyatt, I was like, ‘Okay. I’m not going to raise her any different than how I would raise a boy. I’m going to make her tough and disciplined, and I’m not going to be like that, like a daddy’s girl who gets everything she wants,'” he said.
“Then by the time she came out, it was very difficult not to be that father…it’s very difficult when they look at me a certain way to not give in, like, instantly.”
