Holly Willoughby has reportedly decided to sell the black Mini Cooper she was driving when she broke a scooter driver’s neck earlier this year.

However, Holly did not show up for Tuesday morning’s hearing. Meanwhile, Metropolitan Police prosecutors sought to have the incident classified as Category 1A, the most serious offence.

Following arguments from the star’s defense, magistrates ruled that the incident fell under category 1B and a serious offense.
