Prince George stole hearts at the Princess of Wales’ Together at Christmas Carol service with a touching tribute to his mother, Princess Kate.
The 12-year-old carefully chose a forest green tie that perfectly echoed the hue of Kate’s jacket, proving that sometimes actions speak louder than words.
Her younger siblings, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, completed the coordinated family look at Westminster Abbey.
Charlotte wore a navy dress with a crisp white collar, while Louis’ tie mixed green and blue tones, uniting the whole family’s festive palette.
At just ten years old, she’s already showing signs of inheriting the style genes of her mother and late grandmother, Princess Diana.
In June 1984, Diana attended Trooping the Color in a sky blue Jan Van Velden dress with a rectangular collar.
Charlotte’s Christmas dress echoed that same statement collar, albeit in a richer, darker shade, serving as a subtle homage to her grandmother’s timeless elegance.
Prince William opted for classic navy suits with white shirts, allowing the children’s thoughtful style to shine.
This was not George’s first public gesture of support. A few weeks earlier, he had stepped in to accompany his mother to the Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall.
It was his first participation in the solemn ceremony honoring fallen servicemen and women in Britain and the Commonwealth.
George joined Kate in a dark outfit accented with red poppy pins, a touching reminder of the young prince’s growing role as a supportive and caring son.
Last year’s festival marked the Wales family’s first public outing since June, at a particularly difficult time following Kate’s cancer diagnosis.
William recently praised his children in an interview with Eugene Levy for Apple TV, noting that they handled the past year “brilliantly.”
