- 1800 ISO Lumens, 4K UHD and 110% BT.2020 color space
- Automatic calibration and correction
- $1,099 until December 31
JMGO’s new 4K triple laser projector, the N3 4K, offers some very impressive specs for a pretty affordable price: for an introductory period, it drops from $1,399 to $1,099 for an early bird. It will go to full price on December 31.
This makes it an interesting competitor to some of the best projectors on the market, such as the BenQ GP520 and Hisense PX3-Pro.
With a specified brightness of 1,800 ISO lumens, 110% coverage of the BT.2020 color gamut, 4K resolution and a typical contrast ratio of 1,600:1, the numbers look good, and the N3 4K projector’s 1.0 – 1.3x optical zoom allows it to project an 85-inch image at a distance of 1.9 – 2.5m; 150 inches can be projected from just 10 feet. The maximum recommended projection size is 300 inches.
JMGO N3 4K: Key Features
The heart of this new projector is JMGO’s exclusive MALC 3.0 triple laser engine, which promises professional-grade image quality with 10-bit color depth (10.7 billion colors), dE < 0.85 color accuracy and true 4K resolution.
The N3 4K comes with two 10W speakers with a frequency response of up to 43Hz, and it supports Dolby Audio and DTS-HD decoding.
There is one-click auto-correction for focus, keystone and screen adjustment with intelligent object avoidance, and the gimbal supports 360° horizontal rotation and 160° vertical adjustment.
The projector has achieved professional CTA 4K UHD certification, as well as SGS Low Speckle A+ and SGS Low Chromatic Aberration & Ghosting A+ certifications, and it is powered by Google TV with support for Google Assistant and Google Cast.
The JMGO N3 4K is available now in North America and will also be available with a bundled inflatable screen at Costco’s US branches before the end of the year.
