Pink, real name Alecia Beth Moore Hart, shared her views on her nearly two decades of marriage to Carey Hart, an off-road truck driver.
Taking to her Instagram account to celebrate her birthday, she posted a photo of her and her boyfriend, who is an off-road truck driver, with a giant smile on their face, both had ski goggles on on the head.
“19 years ago, on a beach in Costa Rica, we both took a risk we weren’t even sure we believed in,” said the Just give me a reason the singer wrote a caption.
“I’m so glad we did it. I’ve been with you longer than ever. You’ve been my only constant. You’ve loved me, you’ve hated me, and you’ve loved me again.”
Before concluding, the Rock singer added: “I love our story, no matter what is written. It’s grainy and soft. Thank you for being by my side all these years. I love you forever.”
After their anniversary, Hart shared two photos on Instagram in which the couple smiled while kissing.
“19 years of marriage today to this incredible woman @pink,” he wrote in the caption alongside the photos.
“For over 20 years, we have traveled the world, raised a family, and created incredible memories and a life together.”
“Not bad for a few kids who weren’t expected to amount to anything.” You are like a good wine and I love you,” added the former runner before signing.
For those who don’t know, it was Pink who proposed to Hart while holding up a “Will you marry me?” sign. asked the question during a motocross race in California in June 2005, after five years of dating.
The couple married on June 7, 2006, and share two children, Willow Sage Hart, 13, and Jameson Moon Hart, 8.
