Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni have not yet revealed all their cards, since the actress’ lawyer has filed a new complaint against the filmmaker and his legal team.
The 38-year-old star filed a letter to Judge Lewis J. Liman, attacking the Joan the Virgin the star’s legal team for showing a “fundamental lack of decorum” during depositions by raising crude questions about Lively’s life.
“Throughout the discovery, several defense attorneys insisted on making objections, often in depositions they were not defending, and on spending time on the case belittling and making speeches,” the Gossip Girl star’s attorney, Michael J. Gottlieb, wrote in court documents obtained by People Magazine.
Lively’s legal team argued that she had already asked the opposing team to stop questioning her romantic or sexual life history in September, but it continued anyway.

This comes after the court postponed Lively and Baldoni’s trial until May 18, 2026, instead of March. The former co-stars are expected to hold a settlement conference in February ahead of trial.
