Irish media personality and model, Vogue Williams and her husband Spencer Matthews have taken a major step in their personal lives by selling their Battersea apartment for £4.25 million and purchasing their “forever” home in London.
The couple first put their luxury London apartment on the market two years ago, reducing the price but a staggering £1million in that time.
In the latest episode of its YouTube vlog, Vogue shared that the couple finally sold the first house where they made memories together and purchased their “forever” family home in London in June.
THE I’m a celebrity The star gave fans a glimpse of the stunning new property, but admitted the family will have to wait at least 18 months due to extensive renovations.
“We sold our apartment. Here we go. End of an era. The apartment is gone,” Vogue told viewers.
“We have a rental around the corner so the kids can stay in school because we bought our dream house.”
“I’m going to miss this apartment. We have lived here for seven years. It was the first place we lived together. All our children were born here. So it’s going to be weird saying goodbye, but ultimately we have this amazing house that we’re going to love so much.
“This is our forever home.” I know people say that, but this is actually our forever home. It’s like my dream house that I have in Ireland. And this is the dream house where I think the children will grow up.
Last April, it was revealed that Vogue and Spencer had slashed a further £450,000 off the asking price for their luxury London apartment.
