Nicky Byrne, Shane Filan, Kian Egan took to the stage to perform their hit, A world of our ownand wowed the audience, including the royal couple.
Of the performance, William said it “reminded” him of “hearing [the band’s] songs for the first time.
In a clip shared by Westlife, the Prince also appears speechless at the prospect of a “two-year” tour.
Nicky shared that the tour starts in September 2026 and goes around the world. To this, William laughingly joked: “Did you sign up in the dark, having a few drinks?
Nicky added: “You have to come to the O2 to see us next year,” which is next October.
“There are many shows there, but this will be the first one you throw there,” the prince asked.
They shared that the group started in Dublin, then moved to the UK, Europe, then America and China.
William concluded the conversation with the encouraging words “It’s fabulous” and “keep it up” and expressing his gratitude for the performance.
