Uniswap vote, US GDP: Crypto Week Ahead

It’s a quiet, shortened week heading into the holiday season, with little planned specifically for crypto.

The highlight is Uniswap’s vote on a governance proposal called UNIfication. If passed, the proposal will enable protocol fees, burn 100 million UNI tokens from the treasury, and bring Uniswap Labs and Uniswap Foundation into closer operational alignment. Voting, which has already started, ends on Thursday. Early results show overwhelming support for the changes. Uniswap is the largest decentralized exchange on the Ethereum blockchain.

On the economic front, third-quarter US GDP and a second estimate of PCE inflation are expected to be released.
