The Conference of Corps Commanders has undertaken a comprehensive review of the current internal and external security environment
The army top brass stressed that no malicious efforts, whether political or otherwise, aimed at undermining the national unity, security and stability of Pakistan would be tolerated.
The statement was made on Wednesday during the 273rd Corps Commanders’ Conference (CCC), chaired by Field Marshal Asim Munir at the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi. The meeting, attended by senior military officials, discussed key national security issues and the current state of the armed forces.
In his speech, Field Marshal Munir reaffirmed the Army’s commitment to safeguarding Pakistan’s sovereignty and ensuring cohesion of its armed forces with the general public. He stressed the importance of maintaining unity, especially in the face of growing internal and external challenges.
