Model Olivia Ponton, the rumored girlfriend of Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, opened up about her year on social media during a two-day Q&A with her followers.

Ponton was asked about the “most difficult period of 2025”. She noted that October was quite difficult for her. At the same time, Burrow was recovering from a toe injury that kept him sidelined until the Bengals’ Thanksgiving game against the Baltimore Ravens.

“October was a pretty tough month for me but luckily I had this girl by my side,” she wrote in response to the question.

After Burrow returned, he made worrying comments about his future. The former LSU star was asked if his latest injury changed the way he viewed the game.

“It certainly doesn’t change my desire to win. If I want to keep doing this, I have to have fun doing it,” he said. “I’ve been through a lot and if it’s not fun, why am I doing it? So that’s the mindset I try to bring to the table.”

Burrow added that his mindset is now based on reflecting on his career.

“I’m not sure there was a specific time or moment,” he said. “It’s a reflection on a lot of things I’ve done and experienced in my career. I think I’ve been through more than most and it’s definitely not easy on the brain or the body. So, I’m just trying to have fun again.”

He also mentioned that he had “a lot going on” in his personal and professional life, but didn’t elaborate.

Still, Ponton suggested she kept a cool head.

“2025 was a year of focusing on stability and consistency in 2026,” she wrote. “I want to travel to a few new countries on my bucket list.”

Ponton made it clear that she has no superstitions but plans to approach the new year on a healthy note.

“I wouldn’t say superstitions, but I like to start the year on a positive note by giving myself a sort of ‘challenge’ to succeed in introducing healthy habits in (2026),” she added.
