We’ve already seen plenty at CES 2026 – check out our day one recap for more details – but there was plenty more to marvel at today, on the second day of the biggest tech show on the calendar.
As you’ll see in our CES 2026 live blog, there are plenty of smaller, niche technologies to check out as well. It really includes everything from kitchen appliances to giant roller skates, and the TechRadar team covers it all.
Here are the highlights from our second day at CES 2026, and it’s another stellar selection of beautiful and crazy technology.
1. Communicator Clicks
- Best Feature: The BlackBerry-style keyboard
The BlackBerry is back! Sort of. Clicks has been providing physical keyboard accessories for phones for a while, but now it has its own phone, called Clicks Communicator. If you’ve missed having a BlackBerry by your side, this might be the best solution.
In addition to the keyboard, the Communicator comes with a customizable side button for quickly recording voice notes, and it even has a microSD card slot and a headphone jack. It can be reserved now for $399 (around £295 / AU$595) and will ship later this year.
2.Dell XPS 14 2026
- Best Feature: The magnificent redesign
Dell is bringing back its XPS brand, and we’ve already had some hands-on time with the 14- and 16-inch XPS laptops that are new for 2026. It’s the smaller version that’s arguably the more attractive of the two, although they both look pretty fantastic.
Aside from its lightweight and solid build quality, the Dell XPS 14 for 2026 comes with Intel Core Ultra chipsets, up to 64GB of memory, and up to 4TB of internal SSD storage. This is a great all-round package, and pricing starts at $2,049.99 (around £1,520 / AU$3,045).
3. Birdbuddy 2 Mini
- Best Feature: AI bird detection
The smart bird feeder experts at Birdbuddy are back with the Birdbuddy 2 Mini, and no prizes for guessing what’s different about the new model: it’s smaller. It’s also more affordable, while still matching the specifications of the larger version launched last year.
A 2K camera is installed here next to the bird food rack, along with AI-powered bird detection that works from both audio and visual cues. Pre-orders and shipping are expected this year, and the price is not an unreasonable $129 (around £95 / AU$190).
4. Luna Group
- Best Feature: There are no subscription fees
Screenless fitness trackers are lightweight and discreet, but the market leader in this space – Whoop – charges a subscription fee. The new Luna Band hopes to offer an alternative that only requires a single upfront payment when you actually purchase the device.
It certainly looks the part and supports a variety of voice commands to replace on-screen clicks – and you can of course operate it all via the mobile app that comes with it too. However, we are still waiting for prices to be confirmed.
5. Samsung Galaxy Book6
- Best Feature: The latest Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors
Samsung is ready to take on the best Mac and Windows laptops again with the new Galaxy Book6 laptop series. They feature the latest Intel chipset technology, are incredibly sleek and lightweight, and of course they also come with plenty of AI-related features.
Based on what Samsung has shown so far at CES 2026, we have high hopes for the Samsung Galaxy Book6 series, and they promise to combine top-level performance with excellent battery life between charges – something we all expect from our laptops.
6. Lego smart brick
- Best Feature: Next-level Lego interactivity
In one of the biggest upgrades we’ve seen made to Lego bricks in recent years, we’re getting a series of smart bricks with built-in intelligence: these blocks are capable of detecting other smart bricks, making noises (such as space battle sounds), and much more.
From the outside, these bricks look very similar to the existing ones. We’ve written a full explainer on how Smart Bricks can enhance your Lego experience, and they’ll be coming to Star Wars sets first. They are also naturally a little more expensive than normal bricks.
7. Shokz OpenFit Pro
- Best Feature: Exceptional noise reduction
If you want effective noise reduction from your wireless headphones without feeling like your ear canal is completely blocked, check out the Shokz OpenFit Pro. The newly revealed headphones promise a high level of noise cancellation while using an open-ear design.
Having already tested the Shokz OpenFit Pro, we can confirm that they perform as advertised – and with high-quality materials, premium sound and Dolby Atmos support, they’re an attractive proposition. These headphones will set you back £219 (around $295 / AU$440).
8. Timeli Flashlight
- Best Feature: Get help when you need it
The Timeli flashlight does the main job you expect – with an impressive level of brightness – but it’s also so much more. It comes with GPS, video recording, and a button that will allow you to contact emergency dispatchers if you feel like you’re in trouble.
In other words, it could literally save your life, which isn’t bad for $299 (around £220 / AU$445). The emergency dispatch features cost you extra in the form of a subscription fee, but you get a full year of service for free, included in the price of the flashlight.
9. Victrola Sound Stage
- Best Feature: A clutter-free all-in-one solution
Audio enthusiasts were definitely not left out at CES 2026 this year, and the Victrola Soundstage is proof. The biggest selling point is how the record player itself sits on top of its base speaker to provide a compact, all-in-one vinyl listening experience.
It’s also relatively affordable, yours for $349.99 (around £260 / AU$500) when it becomes available around the middle of this year. If you’re looking to take your first steps into a quality vinyl collection and record player, the Victrola Soundstage might be perfect.
10. HP Eliteboard G1a
- Best Feature: Its on-the-go appeal
There are always plenty of innovative ideas presented at CES every year, and the HP Eliteboard G1a certainly fits that description. It’s an entire PC built into a keyboard, so all you need to do is connect a mouse and an external monitor and you’re up and running.
It’s also a pretty powerful PC, with enough power to earn the Copilot+ label. We’re still waiting for pricing confirmation, but it’ll definitely appeal to people who spend a lot of time moving from desk to desk – because all you’ll need to take with you when you move is the keyboard.
11. Audio-Technica AT-LP7X
- Best Feature: Stunning design
Our second turntable on this list is a finely crafted piece of technology, which offers a fully manual belt drive, built-in phono preamp, and wide cartridge compatibility. The Audio-Technica AT-LP7X also looks pretty sensational, following the aesthetic of its predecessor.
That predecessor, the Audio-Technica AT-LP7 from 2019, was also a truly impressive model, so we’re looking forward to testing this one and evaluating the upgrades on offer. The record player is available to buy now, priced at £679 (around $920 / AU$1,370).
