Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have officially ended their marriage, with new court documents confirming the former couple have finalized their divorce after nearly two decades together.
Documents obtained this week by several media outlets show that the two stars agreed to call it quits without any child or spousal support, marking a clean and largely private end to their relationship.
According to documents filed Tuesday, Kidman and Urban, both 58, have settled custody arrangements for their two daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15.
The children will live primarily with Kidman, who will watch them 306 days a year.
Urban, meanwhile, is expected to spend time with his daughters every other weekend.
Despite sharing custody, neither parent will pay child support, with the agreement specifying that both earn more than $100,000 per month.
The former couple also decided to divide their property by mutual agreement, with each retaining what is currently in their possession.
This includes real estate, investments, bank accounts, vehicles, household items and personal effects.
All claims for alimony and spousal support have been waived and both parties will cover their own legal costs. It is unclear whether Kidman and Urban had a prenuptial agreement.
Although a hearing was scheduled, Kidman chose not to attend, waiving her right to appear in court because she had just returned from Australia, where she was spending the holidays with her daughters.
The daily mail was the first media outlet to report that the divorce had been finalized.
News of their separation first became public in September 2025, when Page six confirmed that the couple was ending their marriage after 19 years.
At the time, a source said, “Sometimes relationships run their course,” while noting that Kidman “didn’t want a separation and was trying to salvage things.”
Kidman officially filed for divorce on September 30, citing “irreconcilable differences,” and the two have reportedly been living apart since early summer 2025.
After the split, Urban was briefly linked to his guitarist Maggie Baugh, although the rumors were later denied by a close friend.
Kidman and Urban met at a G’Day USA gala in January 2005 and married a year later.
Before that, Kidman was married to Tom Cruise from 1990 to 2001, with whom she shares two adult children, Bella, 32, and Connor, 30.
