ISLAMABAD:
The District and Sessions Court in Islamabad on Tuesday issued non-bailable arrest warrants against former Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in an audio leak case, directing the police to arrest him and produce him before the court.
This decision follows his absence from the hearing, which also led the court to take steps to declare him a fugitive.
The case was heard by Additional District and Sessions Judge Nasruminullah Baloch at the District and Sessions Courts, Islamabad. During the proceedings, a co-defendant named in the case appeared in court.
