A new study from Randstad claims that Gen Z workers are most concerned about AI replacing human roles, despite being heavy users – while conversely, baby boomers feel more confident in adapting to new workplace trends.

Overall, four in five workers expect AI to affect their daily tasks in some way, but about half (47%) believe AI will benefit employers more than employees.
