ISLAMABAD:
The 10th ECO Ministerial Meeting on Disaster Risk Reduction concluded on Thursday with the adoption of the Islamabad Declaration, promising stronger regional cooperation and disaster resilience.
Reaffirming their collective commitment, ECO Member States pledged to strengthen regional cooperation, increase disaster resilience and ensure coordinated action against future emergencies.
The conclusion of the 10th ECO Ministerial Meeting marks a renewed collective determination to translate regional commitments into concrete actions, build disaster resilience and protect communities across the ECO region.
