Golf influencer Paige Spiranac returned to social media on Friday and introduced her followers to a brand new hairstyle.

Spiranac posted her selfie on X with curly hair and bangs. The photo only appeared on her X account because she hasn’t had Instagram for about 13 weeks.

“Life update. I have bangs now,” she wrote.

The new look came three days after she had to remind her followers that the only social media she has are the verified ones.

“Hello, just as a very friendly reminder, I only have my social media accounts verified,” she said in a video posted to scammers and identity thieves.

“There are so many. Please be very aware and if something looks fishy that means it’s fishy. So report and block all identity thieves.”

Spiranac has millions of followers on his Instagram, TikTok and X accounts.

She recently took a break from social media after being embroiled in a cheating scandal at a golf influencer tournament. She said in November that she had received “tens of thousands of death threats” since the tournament championship match.

“The last week and a half is probably the worst hate I’ve ever received in the 10 years I’ve been doing this,” Spiranac said in a post on his Instagram Stories. “I’m talking about tens of thousands of death threats, people telling me to kill myself. The most vile, horrible things you can say to a person have been in my direct messages to the point where we were talking about me needing to potentially get a restraining order. I mean, it’s a serious thing. It’s not easy, and it hasn’t been easy.”

She said in a recent YouTube video that she hadn’t picked up a golf club “in a really long time” and felt like she needed a break from the sport.
