Aside from the rare bottom-up spangram, this was a pretty straightforward search for facial FEATURES.
That said, after eliminating the obvious eyes, cheeks, nose, eyebrows, and mouth, I was left with a large gap and the inability to see the remaining two words.
After an epic look, I finally identified the HAIRLINE and FOREHEAD – the two features most commonly altered by cosmetic procedures. As someone with a rapidly receding hairline and canyons forming on my wrinkled forehead, I consider both once my lottery winnings arrive.
