Hailee Steinfeld is coming to terms with the changes in her life as she prepares to welcome her first baby with husband Josh Allen.
The 29-year-old actress and singer, who has always prioritized fitness, opened up about how her workout routine transformed into “slower” moves during pregnancy.
THE Dickinson The star shared, “I prioritize listening to my body, which has always been a constant thing when it comes to working out, regardless of my physical state,” in her post. Beautiful Company newsletter for Friday February 6.
“Recently, I’ve been walking a lot. Sometimes I’ll go for 30 minutes, and it ends up being 15 minutes or less. I take it slow, but movement is key,” Steinfeld added.
THE Sinners The actress, who announced the big news in December, said she recently started running up and down the stairs to keep moving.
On her list of priorities, along with her baby due, is of course her husband, and writing about maintaining harmony in their relationship, Steinfeld wrote, “There’s an easy answer in my brain. I don’t want this to sound cliché, but we focus on being truly present with each other. Specifically, we like weekly date nights and not calling for an hour at the end of the day.”
The Buffalo Bills quarterback himself is putting his family first with the I Love Myself hitmaker, as he previously shared in a press conference: “Becoming a Dad [is] something I will take with great pride. We will have to find solutions on the ground, like anything else. This is the most important thing I will ever be in my life: being a dad. I know I love being a football player and I love being quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, but I’m looking forward to this one.
