Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie’s royal futures have been in the news again after making headlines due to their parents, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson’s, controversial ties to Jeffrey Epstein.
Following the latest secrets revealed in the Epstein files, the former Duke and Duchess of York have not only cast a negative light on the royal family but also on their daughters.
Today royal expert Jennie Bond shed light on the chances of Beatrice and Eugenie securing official royal roles in the future.
Talk with Mirror“I don’t think there’s any question of giving princesses official roles,” she said.
The royal commentator added: “They will no doubt continue their occasional public appearances in support of the monarchy, at garden parties or charity events, but the emphasis is always on keeping the number of working royals to a minimum.”
Jennie lent her support to the princesses, saying they had “a little bit of sympathy” for them.
