Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are going through a very difficult time as their parents face the serious consequences of their actions.
While Sarah Ferguson appears to have fallen off the radar, outside the UK, Andrew faces criminal charges over a shocking discovery made from the Epstein files released by the US Department of Justice.
Key members of the royal family have already made their position clear on the issue of disgraced Andrew and his links to convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Harry is said to be distraught by all the events that have taken place for the royal family and their impact on Beatrice and Eugenie, who have young children, former royal family editor Duncan Larcombe has revealed.
“He will be gutted for his cousins, no doubt about it,” Duncan said. The mirror, noting that the sisters were the only members of the royal family who “really kept in touch with him and did not exclude him from their social circles.”
Harry would “really feel their pain” and should have reached out, even via a phone call.
“I think he’ll want to contact them because they’re the ones who contacted him when no one else in the family did, and you’d like to think Harry would reward that feeling.”
The remarks come as Andrew faces a possible criminal investigation after a Thames Valley Police spokeswoman confirmed receipt of a report that it was “assessing information” from the Epstein files that the king’s brother had shared confidential business secrets with the convicted financier.
