ISLAMABAD:
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Thursday announced an overhaul of NADRA services, including the launch of a new mobile application and the establishment of three regional offices in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Gwadar and GB.
The Pak-ID website will be officially discontinued from January 17 and all services will be moved to the enhanced mobile app.
The move is a response to challenges faced by citizens, especially overseas Pakistanis, who have had difficulty with the website interface, including problems scanning and uploading fingerprints and documents.
