Ten terrorists killed in IBO in Balochistan’s Zhob: ISPR

Disinfection operations still underway to eliminate any further Indian-sponsored terrorists in the region, army says

Security forces killed ten terrorists belonging to India-backed proxy group Fitna al Khwarij during an Intelligence Based Operation (IBO) in Zhob district of Balochistan, the Army’s media wing said in a statement.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), following an intelligence operation in Zhob on February 24, during which eight Indian-sponsored khawarij were successfully neutralized, security forces carried out a massive sanitation operation in the area on February 25 to hunt down remaining members linked to the Indian proxy group. Fitna Al Khawarij.

“During the operation, our forces tracked down kHawaiian on multiple routes and engaged their locations efficiently. After an ensuing exchange of fire, ten kHawaiian were eliminated,” the army said.

The ISPR further said that arms, ammunition and explosives were also recovered from the site. kHawaiianwho had actively participated in numerous terrorist activities in the region. He added that disinfection operations are underway to eliminate any other Indian-sponsored terrorists found in the region.

“The incessant anti-terrorism campaigns carried out under the ‘Azm-e-Istehkam’ vision (as approved by the Supreme Federal Committee on National Action Plan) by the security forces and law enforcement agencies of Pakistan will continue in full swing to eliminate the menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism from the country,” the statement concluded.
