Michael Jackson’s estate faces serious allegations from his family

Michael Jackson’s estate now faces a new lawsuit filed by four of the late singer’s siblings over shocking allegations of child trafficking and sexual abuse.

The suit was filed by Frank, Dominic, Marie-Nicole and Aldo Cascio in federal court in Los Angeles on February 27.

The family claims they received $690,000 a year for five years after watching the 2019 documentary Leaving Neverland.

However, they now claim the deal was too small and amounted to “an illegal agreement to silence victims of childhood sexual abuse.”

The lawsuit says Jackson abused his siblings for many years, starting when some were as young as seven or eight years old.

He claims the late legend gave them drugs, alcohol and exposed them to pornography while abusing them in countries including Switzerland and the UK.

The legal complaint also mentions child sex trafficking, emotional distress, negligence, breach of contract and fraud.

Jackson’s estate attorney, Marty Singer, denied all of the claims, saying the lawsuit was “a desperate cash grab” and pointed out that the family had previously defended Jackson in interviews and in Frank Cascio’s 2011 book.

Singer added that their new allegations go against what they have said before.
