Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, alongside her daughters Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, have supported cancer patients.
The 65-year-old royal, who has battled cancer closely after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023 and melanoma, a type of skin cancer, later that year, paid an “emotional tribute to the ‘inspiring’ Teenage Cancer Trust.”
In a carousel of images, one of the photos showing the Duchess in a group photo contained the following text: “Teenage Cancer Trust units aim to provide an environment where adolescents and young people can be just that. Find out more about the charity and the donation at the link in bio.
“The Duchess of York and her daughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, celebrated the amazing efforts of three Teenage Cancer Trust fundraisers,” the post’s caption read.
“Teenage Cancer Trust was established by Adrian and Myrna Whiteson to bridge the gap between childhood and adult cancer care. Young people diagnosed with the disease were either in wards with young children or in adult wards with elderly people, often breathing their last breath,” the note further reads, which details the origins of the foundation in the message which had collaborations with Sarah Ferguson. and Princess Eugenie’s Instagram accounts.
