Dave Franco, who will be celebrating his ninth wedding anniversary with wife Alison Brie, has shared his secret behind a happy marriage.
The Now You See Me actor married Brie in March 2017.
As they celebrate nine years of their marriage, Dave shared the aspects that keep his married life intact, while also explaining what is needed to live a happy life with your partner.
Franco said: “I think it’s all about being friends.”
The Neighbors actor said humor was an important element.
The 40-year-old actor said: “You have to want to date this person! And you have to be able to laugh with them.”
He further added while speaking with Entertainment Tonight, “I don’t care if someone doesn’t think they’re funny. You can be funny with the right person. Find that person you laugh with, it’s so important.”
The relationship between Dave and Alison grows stronger every day. Even though they’ve been married for nine years, they still give off the vibe of a newly married couple.
On the work front, Franco recently did the voiceover for the new animated film Hoppers with Jon Hamm.
Hoppers is now running successfully in theaters.
