Kanye West is known for his offbeat ideas. DROAM, a concept he calls his own city, is one of them.
For several years, he has been teasing the idea of building a city in the Middle East.
Now, Ye has once again sparked speculation about his ambitious vision by sharing a post on Instagram.
In the photo, a mysterious man and woman were depicted in an empty white space.
It’s unclear exactly what this message means, but in the caption, Ye wrote several ideas he thought he would include in his DROAM city.

THE Power The hitmaker planned to execute his ambitious idea in Los Angeles earlier. But his North Beverly Park neighbors denounced his plans, calling them “crazy.” TMZ reported.
Following this, the 47-year-old would have turned to the Middle East to build his megacity.
“YZY DROAM PHASE 1,100,000 ACRE V1 CITY PILOT IN MIDDLE EAST RECRUITMENT,” he tweeted in 2023.
Engineering, architecture, project management and construction were the candidates Ye was looking for in his city, according to his recruitment notice.
Not to mention that Kanye also presented the city as being self-sufficient and would span an area four times the size of Paris.
