Philips has launched a new coffee maker with a ‘conversational’ virtual assistant to make sure your cappuccino is perfect

The new Philips Café Aromis is a premium espresso machine that promises just that, with a menu of 50 different drinks (including cold brews) that can be personalized using what Philips calls a “conversational barista assistant.”

You can access the Barista Assistant through the coffee maker itself or through the Philips HomeID mobile app. Follow the on-screen instructions and the Barista Assistant will change the machine’s internal brew settings to create the flavor you prefer using the beans of your choice, with no barista experience necessary on your part.
