ISLAMABAD:
The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has made registration with the council mandatory for students admitted to medical and dental universities.
According to the PMDC, universities have been directed to ensure that every student admitted to the concerned institutions is registered with the council within the prescribed time frame through the student registration portal.
The council warned that failure to enroll admitted students within the stipulated time would attract sanctions under the Undergraduate Medical and Dental Education Policy and Regulations, 2025.
