The investment environment is improving and investor confidence is growing in Pakistan thanks to the support of the ITFC, Radio Pakistan reported on Tuesday.
In the first eight months of the current fiscal year, profits and dividends from foreign investors reached $1.73 billion, 10.52 percent higher than last year.
According to Finance Minister Advisor Khurram Schehzad, an independent survey indicates that the confidence of foreign investors operating in Pakistan has increased. He mentioned that two years ago, around 60% of investors considered Pakistan as a suitable place to invest and now this figure has increased to 75%.
