LAS VEGAS – Trick Williams has been one of WWE’s biggest rising stars since being elevated to the main roster earlier this year.
Williams’ presentation — from her mink coat to her “lemon-pepper steppers” to her entrance music — managed to capture the attention of professional wrestling fans for all the right reasons. He managed to force his way into the United States Championship picture and will face Sami Zayn for the title at WrestleMania 42 on Sunday.

This will be Williams’ WrestleMania debut, but he is feeling comfortable heading into the match.
“I feel great, man, I’m in seventh heaven,” he told PK Press Club Digital. “My family is coming to see me at my first WrestleMania. I’m facing Sami Zayn – the ‘gingerbread man.’
“It’s personal. No disrespect to Sami Zayn, lots of disrespect, but no disrespect because he’s great in his own right. He’s definitely a future Hall of Famer, multiple championship runs and everything like that. But Sunday night, night 2, all that goes out the window. It’s Trick Willy time.”

WWE STAR DANHAUSEN SAYS METS ‘CURSE’ ISN’T EXACTLY LIFTED AS TEAM PLAYS NINTH STRAIGHT MATCH
Williams said his rapid trajectory on the SmackDown roster and his appetite to be the best is why he has the edge heading into the match.
“I’m hungry,” he said. “I’ve never been here before. Sami has been doing this for a long, long time. He still has things he wants to accomplish. But listen, I’m hungrier than ever. I’ve fought to get to this position.
“They say, ‘Oh, it’s a five-year thing for Trick, he’s not very experienced.’ No, it’s a 31-year thing. I’ve been training my whole life for this moment here, for everyone to see on Sunday night. He doesn’t want it the way I want it. Everyone is going to see that.”

Zayn is one of the best professional wrestlers in the industry. While the crowd has turned against him in recent weeks, Zayn might be the favorite for the match as he is a veteran of the game.
