Cole Sprouse has addressed the recent attempted burglary at his brother Dylan Sprouse’s home in a new but somewhat unexpected statement.
The 33-year-old actor and photographer took to Instagram on Saturday, April 18, and responded to the incident which involved Dylan, 33, tackling the intruder at his Hollywood Hills home.
Cole took a humorous take on the situation, sharing one of his old photos brandishing a gun and writing, “Dylan Sprouse when he hears a noise at his house.”
In the following story, the Riverdale one alum shared a screenshot of a fan’s comment, writing, “Cole allegedly told the burglar ‘that’s not you.’
The old Friends The star’s reaction brought laughter to fans who are loved for his distinctive sense of humor.
Besides the rare glimpses into life on his main account, Cole runs a separate Instagram account called Camera Duels, where he posts photos of fans trying to take pictures of him and shares them publicly with lengthy, humorous captions.
Despite the amusing comments about the situation, Dylan and his wife Barbara Palvin, who was present in the house at the time of the break-in, were reportedly quite “shaken” after the incident.
