Addison Rae’s father, Monty Lopez, was arrested in Louisiana on a major felony charge following an investigation at his home.
Lafayette Police Department online records confirmed the 50-year-old man was arrested Tuesday, April 28, for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
The arrest comes just days after police were called to his property on Thursday, April 23, to handle a mental disorder complaint, an incident that reportedly evolved into a criminal investigation.
This latest legal issue follows a series of recent run-ins with the law for Lopez.
In February, documents surfaced showing he was arrested for a lewd incident dating back to August 2024 at a local Walgreens.
He was the subject of further serious allegations in July 2025, when he was accused of exposing himself in a public place.
Charged with obscenity and a sex crime at the time, Lopez pleaded not guilty and was released on £1,990 ($2,500) bail.
