Manchester City face three matches over a seven-day period which will be crucial in their bid to win a hat-trick of domestic trophies.
The Premier League announced on Tuesday that City’s postponed match against Crystal Palace had been rescheduled for May 13.
Pep Guardiola’s side will play the FA Cup final against Chelsea three days later at Wembley Stadium, then travel to Bournemouth on May 19.
It’s a potentially grueling run of games at the end of the season for City, who have already won the English League Cup and are locked in a title race with Arsenal.
Arsenal are three points ahead but have played a game more.
The match against Palace was originally scheduled to be played on the weekend of the League Cup final last month. The Bournemouth game was also moved after City beat Southampton on Saturday to advance to the FA Cup final.
